Jackson Bridge
The Jackson Bridge spans the Snake River to the east and north of Rupert, Idaho. The bridge is maintained by the Minidoka County Highway District on the west side of the river and the Burley Highway District on the east side of the river. Inspections of the bridge show that the superstructure of the bridge is in acceptable condition while the piles are experiencing moderate to extreme decay and damage. The bridge has been determined to be no longer serviceable and needs to be removed. The bridge is a treated wood structure consisting of 39 spans of 31 feet each for a total of 1,209 feet.
